The movements depicted here are somewhat jerky because of the burden of taking the screen movies. They should be smoother in normal operation.

	We use the utterance Mwfj0SII425 as an example. We see a blank label where there seems to be a gap between the end of "tired" and the beginning of "tutor". Let's make it a real gap.
	Deleting a label As the tooltip indicates: right click on the label, then click on "delete". We see the blank label has been replaced by a gap, which is represented by two little brown buttons.
	Inserting a label in a gap However, it sounds like there is something going in the gap after all! As the tooltip indicates: right click on one of the buttons, and a new label "=?" is inserted. We right click on this to change it. We scroll through the IPA symbols and select "ɪ". We also change the "t̚" to a "θ".
	Moving boundaries Right click on either of the orange sidebars that brackets the label, and drag. For greater precision, zoom in to the maximum. There are limitations to where you can relocate the boundary, depending on the connectivity of the arcs representing the labels. A relocation that causes the left node and right node of any arc, visible or hidden, to be reversed in time alignment is not permitted. If such a relocation is attempted, the boundary will simply bounce back to where it was. We will get into the "hidden" arcs in AdvancedEditing.
